Truckin' Like the Doo Daa Man!

So yesterday I talked about recycling and repurposing discarded food and workers with the intent of showing how the value of both can unite to make a positive impact in today's society. Now what if the restaurant/food pantry/soup kitchen comes on wheels? The location changes as needed and brings the concept to a broader audience, thus opening opportunities for all the necessary ingredients (food, workers and customers).
Now I understand that money plays a role in all this so we need some smart business people who are looking for work to step up and help to create the necessary business plan. Along with that there is the issue of incorporating the business, dealing with health issues, supplies and on and on.
Now, don't be discouraged as this is a good thing - both in the effort and the result. Perfectly good food that has been discarded needs a plate to rest upon and a perfectly good worker (possibly you or someone you know) needs a business to rekindle the missing passion of a career. If it was easy, then everyone would be doing this. Unemployment is easy - believe me - I've been there. Also, it's no fun. So this idea I am toying with has great possibilities but I need people with skills and talent that I don't possess to help bring it to fruition.
So if you have any interest in bringing this to life, think what you could do to push it forward - even just a little bit.
The train is going uphill and needs a little push because you know it can do it.

Keep on truckin'.

Every Day's Different.
